About the role

Responsibilities
- Observe and dispatch maintenance engineers for building automation system alarms regarding HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment.
- Maintain and perform checks regarding hot water boilers around campus.
- shift boiler operators, perform hot water boiler maintenance, and respond to alarms or emergency repair requests.
Requirements
- Minnesota Chief B boilers license or greater
- Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.
