About the role

This person will turn customer conversations, sales calls, founder ideas, product launches, and technical complexity into clear, credible content for enterprise buyers.
This is a hands-on writing and editorial role.

Simple AI http://usesimple.ai is building state of the art voice AI agents for enterprise.
Our realistic agents help iconic businesses like Doordash, xAI, and Omaha Steaks handle all kinds of phone operations, from customer support to order intake to lead qualifications.
Can independently drive multiple workstreams from blank page to published asset.
Care about both storytelling and business impact: content should help create trust, accelerate sales, and make the category easier to understand.

Have experience in content marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, editorial, or a content-heavy startup marketing role.
You should have strong taste, sharp judgment, and the ability to translate complex enterprise AI deployments into narratives that resonate with executives, operators, and technical stakeholders.

Experience with AI, contact center, customer support, sales automation, enterprise workflow, or technical SaaS products.
Experience with customer story programs, case studies, executive content, launch content, or founder-led content.
Experience partnering directly with sales teams and turning customer proof into sales assets.
Experience with video, interview prep, scripts, social content, or events.

The founders (Catheryn https://www.linkedin.com/in/catherynli/ and Zach https://www.linkedin.com/in/zach-kamran/) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for YC founders, including YC's co-founder matching site.
Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT.
Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at U Chicago and led software at PEAK6.
We are growing revenue like crazy and looking to hire a couple founding software engineers to help us stay afloat of current customer demand and also build out systems for the future.
