About the role

  • We're seeking board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners to join our Virtual Primary Care team.
  • They communicate clearly in patient-friendly language, and demonstrate the ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-volume clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a panel of patients, delivering comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs.
  • Collaborate with the Care and Case Management team to develop care plans and support successful outcomes.
  • Maintain patient satisfaction and quality metrics by practicing evidence-based medicine with exemplary bedside manner.
  • Utilize telehealth technology to deliver patient care, while effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • The ideal candidate is skilled at managing their own patient panel, fostering lasting relationships, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Experience independently managing a patient panel as the designated primary care provider.
  • ability to be licensed in additional states as required.
  • Partner with supervising physicians as required by state and practice guidelines.

Nice to have

  • Multi-state licensure highly preferred
  • experience with telehealth preferred.

Compensation

  • $125,000 + equity + benefits Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
