About the role
- TRP Construction Group, LLC is currently seeking full-time Laborer: Pavement Marking (Handline Thermo) to join our team.
- The role focuses on performing handline thermo pavement marking to improve road safety and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- This position involves hands-on work in outdoor environments and requires dedication to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform handline thermo pavement marking and other related striping tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Assist in traffic control setup to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in working order, ensuring spray systems and truck-mounted equipment are properly loaded and clean.
Requirements
- Knowledge of local driving regulations and road safety practices.
- Ability to use smartphones and relevant applications for job functions.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and noisy environments.
Nice to have
- Experience operating hand machines, forklifts, hand grinders, 3M hand-tape and adhesive applicators, and hand-roller tamper carts.
- Ability to install Preformed Thermo/Hot Tape.
- Preferred Experience: Experience operating hand machines, forklifts, hand grinders, 3M hand-tape and adhesive applicators, and hand-roller tamper carts.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
