About The Opportunity As a Manager, Restaurant Success in the SMB Merchant Network, you'll oversee a team of Associate Account Managers and Senior Associate Account Managers and be assigned to a region.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in client service and achievement of goals.
Monitor team performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business initiatives.
Act as a liaison between associate account managers and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
5+ years of relevant work Sales process experience, 1+ years of management/leadership experience is required
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Native-level fluency in English is required.

$80,000- $100,000 ($100,000 - $125,000 OTE)
We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay.
For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.
The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
