Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations from planning through successful delivery.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across cloud, platform, security, infrastructure, and customer-facing product teams.
- Develop and maintain reporting to provide regular program status updates.
- Own end-to-end release management for multiple product lines.
- Coordinate release readiness activities across Engineering, Product Management, QA, Cloud Operations, Documentation and Customer Support
- Drive release planning, Go/No-Go decisions, deployment readiness, and post-release reviews.
- Partner with product, engineering and cross functional leaders to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive timely execution.
- Lead technical discussions and facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Develop process improvements, automate workflows and develop tools for PMO efficiencies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering efficiency, release quality, and operational scalability.
Nice to have
- Experience working in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, or microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience driving SaaS releases and cloud deployments.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
- This position involves access to software/technology that is subject to U.S. export controls.
