About the role

Impact: Directly influence the technical direction and capabilities of our core platform, enabling transformative outcomes for our users and customers.

Architect and implement robust, scalable systems that underpin our platform and customer solutions.
Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new features and product ideas based on feedback and real-world usage.
Mentor and collaborate with other engineers, setting exemplary standards for code quality, technical design, and problem-solving.
Extensive software engineering experience (typically 7+ years), including system architecture, design, and hands-on development with modern languages
Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions in customer-facing, high-impact environments.
Deep experience building, integrating, and deploying APIs, as well as familiarity with databases and enterprise systems.
Proven track record working with or building systems involving AI/ML technologies.
Collaborate with top engineers and visionary leaders at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and product development.
Take end-to-end responsibility for key projects, from idea to deployment, iterating quickly to deliver tangible value.
