About the role
- This role is accountable for the most foundational component of Reddit's performance ads business and will require exceptionally strong product vision and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- The Ads Signals & Onboarding team builds the advertising systems and integrations that collect online and offline activity from external sources, connect those signals in a privacy-compliant way, and make them useful across the ads ecosystem.
- We support large-scale ingestion, normalization, retention, and governance so signals can reliably power Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights, and Reporting.
- You will define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for the advertiser-facing products used to onboard and manage signals.

Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of launching and scaling advertising-platform products.
- Hands-on product experience with data-connection products such as pixels, CAPI, and MMPs.
- Working knowledge of advertising data governance, privacy choices, legal compliance, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Partner with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights, and Reporting teams to define how signals are activated and the quality thresholds required for each use case.
Nice to have
- Experience connecting improvements in signal quality and activation to advertiser satisfaction, engagement, and return on ad spend.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
Compensation
- In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
