Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Maintain and support existing dealership partners, strengthen market presence in the automotive finance sector, while actively identifying opportunities to grow sales.
  • Dealer Support and Solution Development: Provide exceptional service and consultative support, in conjunction with the Account Manager, while acting as a trusted advisor to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions.
  • In this role, you'll help expand our market reach and build trusted partnerships with dealerships and collaborate with Account Managers across the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, sales, or business development - ideally within automotive lending, finance, or a related field.
  • A consistent record of professional growth, including at least 2 years in your most recent role.
  • Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management
  • Ability to work daily inside regional office in Dallas, TX.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies for success.
  • special finance experience is highly valued.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
