Requirements
- Associate's degree required (in absence of degree, relevant work experience may be considered).
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory control systems.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
- Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
- Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (four-year college or university)

- Scope of Position
- This results-driven individual, as part of the Operations team, will be responsible for leading stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient material flow, and timely support of production requirements.
- This position is responsible for supervision of Stockroom/Receiving personnel.
- This position reports to Warehouse Manager.
- This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct stockroom personnel to ensure efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of materials and supplies.
- Establish, document, and maintain processes to ensure inventory transaction accuracy and accountability.
- Train team members on inventory procedures, systems, and bin accuracy standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
