Requirements

  • Associate's degree required (in absence of degree, relevant work experience may be considered).
  • Prior supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory control systems.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.

  • Scope of Position
  • This results-driven individual, as part of the Operations team, will be responsible for leading stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient material flow, and timely support of production requirements.
  • This position is responsible for supervision of Stockroom/Receiving personnel.
  • This position reports to Warehouse Manager.
  • This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct stockroom personnel to ensure efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of materials and supplies.
  • Establish, document, and maintain processes to ensure inventory transaction accuracy and accountability.
  • Train team members on inventory procedures, systems, and bin accuracy standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
