Responsibilities
- Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage transit/transportation construction projects from inception to completion.
- The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage the development and implementation of work packages and task orders.
- Support and ensure compliance with sustainability/certification requirements and ensure documentation by project consultants, contractors and client Oversee day to day project activities.
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate project activities.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional communications.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably on transit/transportation projects Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
Compensation
