About the role

Responsibilities

  • Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services.
  • Albers Aerospace is seeking experienced Program Managers to support growth across multiple contract programs and business areas.
  • This role serves as a key customer interface across government and industry stakeholders and may also support business development activities, including identifying and capturing new opportunities.
  • Compliance, speed, and operational excellence are expected to work together to support mission outcomes.
  • Business Development Support Support and/or lead capture and proposal activities, including technical approach, management plans, past performance, and basis-of-estimate inputs.
  • Maintain awareness of customer priorities, acquisition strategies, and program roadmaps to help position Albers for follow-on and new work.
  • Program Execution Own end-to-end program execution from award through closeout, including management of scope, schedule, cost, and contract deliverables (CDRLs).
  • Maintain program management artifacts such as PMPs, IMS, EACs, and customer/internal reporting.
  • Integrated Team Leadership Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver program reviews, status updates, and corrective action plans with clarity and transparency.
