About the role

  • Our studies are typically multi-market, encompassing Europe, North America and Emerging Markets.

  • Engage in business development and sales initiatives generating approximately $1m in annual revenue

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and project teams, be the main point of contact with the client and write and give client presentations
  • Line manage multiple individuals with the responsibility of conducting appraisals, pay reviews, monitoring of performance, personal development, training of staff, recruitment and developing and implementing internal company procedures
  • Fundraising and charity events - we support Forever Angels, a children's charity whose aim is to care for abandoned babies in Tanzania, Africa

Skills

  • At least 7 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative custom primary market research projects
  • Experience in the life sciences sector
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience driving revenue growth to meet business development goals
  • Proven project supervision skills
  • Appreciation of marketing/client-side issues, knowledge and understanding of client issues
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with advanced analytics, SPSS, SAS, and/or Q is a plus
  • You are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a 'can do' attitude and approach
  • You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organization and prioritization
