About the role

  • Type: Full-time, salaried employment Sector: Retail and Retail Technology Location: NY/NJ.
  • This role is primarily field-based, with approximately 75-100% of time spent visiting stores throughout the NY/NJ area.
  • You'll work closely with both new pilot projects and our established retail clients.

Responsibilities

  • You'll achieve this by constantly monitoring and analyzing their performance, then making proactive, data-driven recommendations that deliver clear, measurable results and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are essential to connect with all stakeholders and build strong, trusting relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

  • $120,000 to $150,000 On-Target-Earnings (80/20 split between base and bonus) + stock options

  • In this critical role, you'll ensure our retail partners receive exceptional day-to-day support and achieve the maximum return on investment from their partnership with Focal and our technology solutions.
