Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a product management role, with a track record of owning features or product areas end-to-end
- Strong customer empathy - a demonstrated ability to gather feedback, identify patterns, and translate customer needs into clear, prioritized requirements
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and clarity needs to be created, not just inherited

Nice to have
- Familiarity with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or security products
- Experience with using AI engineering tools for your own side-projects
- Experience with identity, secrets management, or infrastructure security

Compensation
- USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $118,000 USD and $165,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time
