Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development, and performance management
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with leaders on recruiting, selection, and workforce planning
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and employer-of-choice initiatives across supported business units
  • Lead labor relations activities, including collective bargaining preparation, negotiations, and contract administration
  • Collaborate with leadership to address organizational challenges and optimize team performance
  • Develop, coach, and mentor Human Resource Business Partners and HR team members
  • Champion change management initiatives that support business growth and transformation

Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
  • The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
  • Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resource Business Partnering, or Employee Relations required
  • 1-2 years of leadership or people management experience required

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or unionized environments preferred

Compensation

  • Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
  • The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics.
  • The starting base pay range for this position is $130,146-$160,769 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
