Responsibilities

  • Actively support the TCC Materials Operations Group in the daily supply chain and operations focused business activities:
  • Cross functional collaboration to align business objectives and optimize performance.
  • Data accuracy. Ensure system data is accurately updated and maintained to ensure planning parameters and data are reliable. Validate purchase order and sales order dating.
  • Support plant sourcing operations through the procurement of packaging and raw materials.
  • The primary emphasis of this role involves cross functional collaboration and communication to drive efficiencies and provide world class customer service.
  • Additionally, supporting the businesses end to end supply chain and operations through collaboration across the organization to drive continuous improvement of operational processes and organizational efficiencies.
  • Manage the procurement of packaging and raw materials to support plant operations.
  • Assist in cycle counting and year-end inventory processes where needed to drive inventory accuracy company wide.
  • Logistics and customer sales order support.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, plant support and dispatch teams to manage customer sales order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years related experience in supply chain analyst or similar role.
  • Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Experience with end-to-end supply chain planning tools including forecasting, supply/production planning, inventory optimization, capacity management and process solutions.
  • Working knowledge of financial and cost management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to reassess plans in the face of new information.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal/networking skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in an accurate and timely manner with superior time management skills.
  • Must be an effective problem solver - proactive approach to problem solving

Compensation

  • $58,000-$64,000 Annually
