Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC experience (Haas lathe and 5-axis milling)
- Proficiency in Mastercam for programming and setup
- Strong knowledge of tooling and machining techniques
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Working Conditions
- The Lead Machinist will be in an air-conditioned warehouse environment.
- This role has a comp range between $65,000 and $85,000.
- Physical requirements include talking, Hearing, Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling, driving, sitting, and lifting.

- Ensure precision and quality by selecting the appropriate tooling for lathes and mills

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
