About the role
- As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing the entire construction process - from mobilization to delivery - with an uncompromising focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the simultaneous construction of up to 15 single-family homes in various stages.
- Approve trade partner work and associated invoices based on quality and completeness.
- Maintain both digital and physical project documentation.
- Keep daily logs of site activity and coordinate inspections to maintain schedule momentum.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support buyouts and provide feedback on budgeting and trade performance.
- Perform other construction-related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency with schedule management tools (e.g., MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
- Candidates must be based in Dallas, Texas area to be considered for this role.
