About the role
- The Office of the Vice Chancellor is the central hub supporting Murdoch University's Senior Leadership Team, including the Vice Chancellor and Executive leaders.
Responsibilities
- Experience providing high-level executive support to senior leaders.
- Working at the heart of the University, the team partners across the organisation to support strategic initiatives, executive decision-making and key institutional priorities.
- You will coordinate complex schedules, manage competing priorities, and facilitate effective communication across a diverse stakeholder network.
- Provide trusted support to senior leaders in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Drive seamless coordination of calendars, meetings, travel and strategic priorities.
- Manage sensitive matters with professionalism, sound judgement and absolute confidentiality.

Compensation
- Cultural Load and allowance - providing up to $8,944 per year to First Nations employees who are contributing cultural knowledge and perspectives beyond the scope of their role
