- H2 Health Prime Living - 1:1 Patient Care in Senior Living Communities Part-Time or Full-Time - Flexible Schedule!
- Pay Range: $50.00 - $56.00 per visit Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof?
- This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.
Requirements
- Background checks and references are required for employment.
- The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
Nice to have
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
