- We're seeking a compassionate, clinically strong Physician (MD/DO) to serve as a key medical leader within our SNF partnerships - combining hands-on patient care with clinical oversight and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Pay Range for Posted Region $220,000 - $330,000 USD
Responsibilities
- Lead and support high-quality care for SNF residents
- Partner with facility leadership, nursing, and care teams
- Manage complex geriatric and post-acute cases
- Drive quality outcomes, compliance, and care coordination
- Support transitions of care, goals-of-care discussions, and operational excellence
Nice to have
- Experience in SNF, post-acute, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred
Compensation
