About the role
- This role serves as the company's primary tax advisor as it scales capital deployment across multiple construction sites.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in a startup environment and can stand up a high-performing tax function without existing infrastructure in place.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience building a tax function from scratch at an early-stage company

Requirements
- Active CPA required
- Experience with energy tax credits (ITC/PTC or similar)
- Direct experience with nuclear or energy infrastructure tax credits
Nice to have
- 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including Big 4 or national firm plus industry
