About the role

  • Summary: Responsible for managing programs with multiple projects that contain related strategic initiatives.
  • Also responsible for managing projects as needed, managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large high-tech, regulated, product development programs made of up multiple projects with complex scopes, large project teams or high levels of risk, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Generates and updates all necessary reports and presentations to communicate program status, obtain necessary support, and maintain accountability.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with continuity across projects and programs.
  • Sales & Marketing Support
  • Support all proposals within the program.
  • May support internal and external audits.
  • Identifies and supports process improvements with the assistance of the QA department.
  • Identifies and supports process improvements with the assistance of department director.
  • Identifies and supports process improvements within the Programs Group.
  • Strategically identifies training opportunities for others and supports implementation of the training.
