About the role

- We are looking for collaborative, agile team members who take pride in delivering high-quality work in a highly regulated, safety-first environment.
Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.
- Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing (ELS) initiatives.
- In this versatile role, you will own the production process from setup to final pack.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.
- Regulated Quality: Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to solve problems, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing (ELS) initiatives.

- $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
