Join our finishing department as a Manufacturing Operations Associate!
We are looking for collaborative, agile team members who take pride in delivering high-quality work in a highly regulated, safety-first environment.

We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.
Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
Collaborate with team members to solve problems, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing (ELS) initiatives.
In this versatile role, you will own the production process from setup to final pack.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.
Regulated Quality: Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
