About the role

Oportun is currently seeking qualified candidates with customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience to work Full-Time.
Our Member Loyalty Representatives are passionate about listening, helping, and connecting with people at all touchpoints, such as in our stores and in the communities around our stores through personal outreach activities.

With intelligent borrowing, savings, and budgeting capabilities, Oportun empowers members with the confidence to build a better financial future.

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance to support store operations.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities and promote company products and services through designated outreach activities.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, as needed.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment such as, phones, scanners, and iPads.
