Responsibilities
- Own patient intake end-to-end - run outbound calls and texts to prospective patients, schedule first appointments, follow up on no-shows, and re-engage lapsed patients so no one falls through the cracks
- Track and report on the funnel - own KPIs like reach rate, conversion rate, and show rate, and bring a weekly view of intake performance to the ops team
- Own patient communications - craft our scheduling messages, follow-ups, and emails that are clear, warm, and on-brand
- Support clinician hiring and onboarding - help coordinate recruiting logistics, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and get new clinicians set up and ramped
- You will also own a broad set of clinical operations work, from clinician hiring coordination to process improvement, and take on whatever the team needs a dedicated owner for.
