About the role

  • This position requires teaching the writing sessions of the undergraduate course called HFT 3443 Hospitality Information Technology.
  • This course explores computer applications for resort and hospitality functional areas.
  • Students learn the basics of purchasing, implementing, and managing today's information systems.

Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration or a specialized Master's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution with eighteen (18+) credit hours related to the course topic.

  • Postsecondary teaching experience.
  • Training or expertise in business writing and critical thinking/problem solving instruction.

  • Possess the knowledge of general written standards and procedures utilized, and have the ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manual related to the job tasks.
  • Demonstrate the ability to respond to supervision, guidance and direction in a positive, receptive manner and in accordance with stated policies.
