About the role

We're looking for a Contract Recruiter focused on sourcing and university recruiting efforts across our technical teams.
You see sourcing as a volume game rather than a quality and precision game
You're comfortable letting candidates sit in limbo or waiting for someone else to follow up

Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
You'll identify strong prospects, conduct candidate research, draft personalized outreach, maintain organized pipelines, and ensure promising candidates are surfaced quickly to the recruiting team.
Support university recruiting programs
Own the details that make recruiting events successful: attendee tracking, candidate capture, resume review workflows, event materials, post-event follow-up, scheduling, and pipeline organization.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
You'll coordinate interviews, manage communications, help prepare candidates for each step, and ensure no one is left waiting without context.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams
we built and operate our own mortgage servicing business managing $110+ billion in loans.
This wasn't the end goal, it was how we deeply understood the complexity needed to build software that actually works in regulated industries.

Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, spreadsheets, and AI tools
Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent operations, or a related recruiting support role
Strong interest in technical recruiting, early-career talent, and high-growth hiring environments
Excellent organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate communication, event logistics, and pipeline management
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without dropping details
Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and follow-up
Comfort working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
A high-agency mindset: you notice what needs to be done, take ownership, and follow through without needing every step defined
Strong candidate-first instincts and a belief that speed, clarity, and care matter at every stage of the process
Curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity as we continue to build and improve our recruiting processes
