Responsibilities
- From the launch of the Nintendo Entertainment System ™ more than 30 years ago, Nintendo's mission has been to create smiles through unique entertainment experiences.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and talent management practices, including leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce capability.
- Proven ability to independently solve ambiguous and complex problems, and to guide others through structured problem-solving when appropriate.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use data and visuals to support decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and program management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience leading and managing a team is strongly preferred.

- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and contributes ideas to evolve Talent Management practices and processes.
Compensation
- $117,400 - $211,300 USD
