About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice.
- We are looking for someone proficient with Azure DevOps and comfortable leveraging AI enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation quality, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions
- Support for solution roadmaps and Statements of Work
- Leverage AI assisted tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools, to support analysis, documentation and solution ideation
- Functional Solution Design
Requirements
- Proven experience leading discovery or Phase 0 engagements and facilitating business requirements workshops
- Deep knowledge of:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Proficiency using Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements traceability, user stories and testing support
- Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
Nice to have
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center or Omnichannel
- Experience contributing to estimates, solution roadmaps and Statements of Work
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications considered an asset
- CBAP, PMI PBA or related business analysis certifications considered an asset
- The hourly rate for this role is between $43-$48 CAD per hour, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
- Endeavour Solutions uses AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to assist with administrative tasks like transcribing interview notes.
- These tools do not make hiring decisions.
