About the role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our Chicago hub.
Your mandate: maximize value creation for users through speed, craft, and deep understanding of our space.

Partner with customer-facing "co-pilots" (founders and GTM leaders) to define roadmap and deliver value for DubClub's users.
Lead design and development of full-stack product features in the mobile and web app.
Balance speed, scope, and maintainability to deliver near-term immediate impact, while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
Collaborate with GTM leaders and design talent to implement intuitive, reliable, and valuable user experiences.

Our backend runs on Python (Django) and Go, with PostgreSQL for data storage.
The frontend is built with TypeScript and Svelte.
Our mobile app is built in ReactNative.
We use Docker for containerization, with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and Terraform for infrastructure management.
Senior IC seat with ownership and leadership opportunities.
Work in-person with DubClub's co-founder and CEO in Chicago.
Ship frequently to a passionate user base that notices and celebrates every new feature.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Chicago.
