Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 5 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Files H-1B transfers

6 transfer filings in the last year, covering 6 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 44 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • Getting a patient onto a specialty therapy depends on answers that only payors and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) have: what's covered, what the patient will owe, and what approvals are needed.
  • Payor Agents are the frontier Infinitus agents that interact with payors and PBMs to handle that administrative work, driving financial transparency, access, and affordability for specialty therapies.
  • Depending on the situation, an agent may get the answer through a digital connection, an automated call, or a live conversation, and the product's job is to choose the fastest, most reliable route.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear specs, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering through delivery and launch.
  • Design and refine the rules and logic that drive routing, fallback, and escalation, and measure their impact.
  • Evaluate and onboard new data sources and partners when current ones aren't solving customer problems, and move quickly when it matters.
  • Join customer and prospect calls, before and after the sale, to diagnose problems, set expectations, and build trust.
  • Partner with operations and enablement to roll out new capabilities and keep pilots lean.
  • Partner with the AI Hub PM on the Hub's strategy and solutions, and align executives and cross-functional teams around priorities.
  • As the Product Lead for Payor Agents, you will own the product end to end: strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution.
  • Integrations and data partnerships: which sources we build, buy, or partner for, and how we avoid over-reliance on any single one.
  • Payor Agents are a core building block of the Infinitus AI Hub, our AI-first platform for patient support.
  • As the Product Lead for Payor Agents, you will own the product end to end:

  • Fluency with data.
