Responsibilities
- Our virtual, multidisciplinary clinic supports patients from diagnosis through long-term survivorship, addressing the physical, emotional, and functional challenges that traditional oncology care often doesn't have time to cover.
- If you're a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner looking for meaningful, relationship-based care, this role was designed for you.
- Visits are lengthy to support personalized, high-touch care
- Support patients over time, not just episodically
- We partner with oncology practices to deliver comprehensive survivorship and supportive care, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and experiences.
Compensation
- $135,200 - $156,000
