About the role

  • Though this is a fully remote role, we are specifically seeking a Physician who is licensed and lives in Missouri.
  • As a part-time Physician with Plume, you will join our incredible team of diverse clinicians who provide GAHT (gender-affirming hormone therapy) and Expanded Clinical Services for our patients throughout the United States.
  • This is a part-time patient care position in which you will provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Maintain Plume's high level of quality care, including maintaining excellent care with our above-average patient satisfaction scores, ensuring appointment availability, and responding to patient messages within one business day

Requirements

  • Familiarity with, and experience using, established GAHT guidelines, including an informed consent model of care
  • Experience and comfort collaborating with diverse teams

  • Plume's Clinician compensation model has been established as a tiered system.
  • As a clinician's panel grows, so does the amount paid per hour.
