Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, industrial design engineering, or related technical field OR
- Associate degree in a related field with 3+ years of applicable engineering or product configuration experience.
- Experience with 3D modeling / CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar) required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, production operators, and leadership, translating technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering or ERP-related systems.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodation.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and willingness to work hands-on with plant personnel when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
