About the role
- We are looking for world-class Certified Health Coaches who are passionate about our mission, comfortable in a dynamic, start-up environment, highly collaborative, and supportive.
- Our Certified Health Coaches provide 1 on 1 virtual coaching to our members.
- Provide a human touch to the digital recovery experience for members

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- Ability to work independently with discipline and urgency.
- Knowledge and understanding of integrative, science- and evidence-based coaching techniques and modalities including - but not limited to - motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry and positive psychology
- Current NBC-HWC designation and minimum of 1 year of experience as a health coach in person and/or in a virtual setting is REQUIRED
- Experience working with behavior change or chronic disease management, including but not limited to MSK, diabetes, weight loss, nutrition, mental health preferred
- Continuous learning mindset
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, start up environment.
- Knowledge of digital health, behavioral health and musculoskeletal conditions a plus
- Commitment to maintaining certification and continuing education requirements
