Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to train and lead others
- Willing to work scheduled overtime and lead by example.
- This includes ensuring that all cell members have a high level of operational discipline and achieve efficient work production levels, while the group maintains DuPont safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Facilitate and support continuous improvement and process development opportunities.
- When appropriate, effectively deliver information to other work cells, Manufacturing Technical Engineers (MTE's), and site management personnel.
Requirements
- Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate Quality Stamp(s).
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-years minimum Manufacturing experience
- Solid communication skills (i.e. oral, written, and listening)
- Effective verbal/interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills - Including Microsoft Office, Excel, Email, Internet, File Structures)
- Technical or Vocational certificate of completion
- Prior experience in Aerospace manufacturing
- College/University Degree (AS/BS)
- Previous Leadership Experience (Supervisor, Military)
