Responsibilities

  • The Site Operations Administrator serves as a key support partner within the warehouse/distribution
  • supports site leadership by overseeing employee engagement programs, assisting with safety and
  • GMP compliance activities, administering building access and onboarding processes, providing basic IT
  • and equipment setup support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the facility.
  • and cross-functional teams, helping maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a
  • discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Support safety and GMP compliance efforts through documentation management, training
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including badge creation, building access, workstation setup,
  • and orientation support.
  • Provide basic IT support, including computer setup, user access requests, equipment

Requirements

  • Required Experience: minimum of 2-3 years
  • experience in facilities, compliance, safety, or
  • minimum of 2-3 years

  • Problem Solving & Accountability - Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and ownership
