Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install refrigeration system components such as compressors, motors, blowers, fans, coils, electric components and associated wiring, support braces, and other brackets.
  • Maintain a high level of workplace organization.
  • Work with Supervisor and others to develop work instructions and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to use arms to reach above the should and bend below to the floor level occasionally.
  • Ability to use legs to climb ladders up to 10 feet occasionally.
  • Ability to be around moving machinery and equipment continuously.
  • Perform any related functions as required.

Compensation

  • Base Pay Range: $18.62-21.79 per hour
  • Base hourly rate is determined at time of interview skills assessment. Demonstration of specific skill delineators will add to base rate to determine rate of hire for the applicant.
