- Daikin Applied is seeking a Service and Solutions Account Manager.

Responsibilities
- Perform tests and conduct surveys on competitive products in order to determine the need for product alterations or the development of new products
- Identify and implement tools and resources to assist in sales efforts (e.g. energy rebates, estimated payoffs, ROI)
Requirements
- Ability to travel territory daily
- Demonstrated ability to influence the market
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus HVAC certification and 5 years HVAC field service experience or bachelor's degree
- 2-4+ years of related sales experience (HVAC sales preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce or any other sales tracking software (preferred)
- Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts (preferred)
Compensation
- The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
- The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $59,500 - $97,900 plus a targeted sales incentive in Pennsylvania.

Company info
- Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from Daikin installed equipment database, industry sources, business directories, vertical market information or any other lead generation source
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, build customer relationships, and follow up on customer concerns
