- AMS is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Paraprofessional (Teacher's Assistant) to join our team at the Nellis Campus in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities
- Instructional Support
- Assist lead teachers with lesson delivery, classroom activities, and instructional support.
- Classroom Culture & Student Support
- Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment.
- Support classroom management and transitions throughout the day.
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
- Operational & Campus Support
- Substitute for lead teachers as needed to ensure continuity of instruction.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to meet student needs.
- Strong ability to support instruction and manage small groups of students
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- Ability to successfully complete required Nevada state background checks and clearances
Compensation
- Compensation: $15.50 – $19.00/hour (DOE)
