Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical customer representatives, engineering and manufacturing teams to work through a state of the art modular data center design.
- Define clear project goals, develop strategic plans, financial budgets and manage timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery from concept engineering through delivery of finished products to site.
- Partner with estimating, engineering, procurement, production, and accounting teams to align project deliverables and proactively mitigate risk.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while managing change and holding stakeholders accountable.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential scope creep, project risks, and design changes on innovative projects.
- You will develop and execute sophisticated change control strategies including risk logs, action logs, RFIs, submittals and change orders to ensure stakeholder alignment, budget stability, and schedule adherence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and efficient execution.
- PM you are responsible for a lot of different outcomes and need to lead within and outside of the direct team.
- Ensure all projects comply with design specifications, operational standards, and safety regulations (ISO 9001:2015).
- Fully manage and drive project permits to ensure compliance by project, including package generation, engineering collaboration and deviation report resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing projects within the electrical equipment, construction, engineering and/or manufacturing industry.
- Must demonstrate expertise in managing change on first-of-a-kind (FOAK) or highly complex projects, maintaining positive client relationships throughout periods of significant project evolution.
- Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and influence peers, ensuring collaborative project execution.
- Drug and alcohol program participation is required.
- Your work directly impacts our ability to deploy modular data center buildings to compute from sustainable, renewable and/or stranded energy sources.
- Project Management Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing projects within the electrical equipment, construction, engineering and/or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor of Science: BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management.
- You are the scope control expert and stakeholders are aware of impacts for each one of their decisions and lack of timely decisions.
- You are also the go to person when the customer needs a problem resolved.
Nice to have
- R&D Management Experience with strict deadlines.
- Data Center Construction Experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Experience with advanced project management methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for effective project documentation and communication.
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems like SAP, visual, experience with Acumatica is preferred.

Compensation
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $140,000 -$160,000 + Bonus.
- Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. (#INDMFG)
