About the role

This will include the supervision and management of the Customer Service, Warehouse, Fabrication, and Field Service areas to achieve maximum efficiency and performance goals of the company.
These include fluctuating temperatures (both hot and cold), varying noise levels, exposure to dust, and other typical elements of an active industrial environment.

Performs basic operations within company operating system, including all transactions related to transfer entries, sales order entry
Manage inventory to working capital requirements and maximize turns while keeping customer delivery commitments
Monitor pricing renewals, ensure gross margins to business plans and maintain customer contracts.
Drives accountability to CSSR metrics.
Monitor and manage critical KPI's for the branch including orders shipped vs internal SLA
lost quote review and action log, inventory, pricing and lead times.
Performs basic operations within company operating system, including all transactions related to transfer entries, sales order entry; and inventories.
Manage inventory to working capital requirements and maximize turns while keeping customer delivery commitments; Ensures cycle-counting is complete, on-time and accurate.

8 years supervisory experience
Ability to work nights and weekends, as required
Ability to work overtime, as required
Ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs independently on a repeated basis.
Ability to move freely throughout the job site, including on occasional uneven surfaces, for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Ability to work at varying work-surface levels and machine operation heights.
Ability to move above or below workstations or retrieve items from various heights.
Ability to ascend and descend ladders or stairs, as required.
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and safety procedures.

Summary of the Role
The Branch Operations Supervisor will work closely with District and Area Operations and Sales personnel and will be respo nsible for the daily operations of the branch.
Ensure all vendor price increases are reviewed and passed on to customers where possible.
