About the role
- FICO is seeking a Senior Director, Education Consulting to serve as the dedicated senior education consulting leader for Sales & Marketing within the Software organization.
- Achieve Alignment: Anchor learning strategies to Sales & Marketing priorities, transformation initiatives, operating rhythms, and performance goals.
- Measure Improvement: Define ROI, KPIs, productivity measures, and learning impact indicators by connecting education investments to Sales & Marketing performance outcomes.

Compensation
- $126,000 to $198,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
