About the role

Manages regional Anaplan promotion entry and approval process, ensuring accurate and timely planning, approval and promotion execution.
Research and develop new sales program and promotion ideas.
Collaborate with the market on product planning and operations
Partners with the regional markets in developing solutions to improve processes for market support, marketing, and operations
APAC Greater China and SEA region Marketing/Sales Support.
Works with and supports regional management, market GMs on priorities and strategy for implementing promotions, product launches and sales initiatives including reports, coordination with internal partners, energy map calendars, and researching and developing sales ideas and plans

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
The above duties do not define or include all tasks required of the post holder
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Team player
Must work well under pressure
Must represent the APAC team well in a cross-functional environment, at times under pressure

Provides input and feedback on promotions including annual promotions calendar, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Convention Kits, Tours, BOGOs, Christmas
