About the role
- The CPM interacts with many departments and contractors including operations, designers, engineers, procurement, vendors, and facilities staff.
Responsibilities
- Primarily leading and managing site design, pre-construction, and construction activities; the Construction Project Manager (CPM) is critical in ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, and of Prime quality.
Compensation
- Benefits Competitive salary range - $130,000 - $180,000 - and performance bonus program 401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match 100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability Paid Time Off + Sick time Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
