Responsibilities
- Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned science instruction aligned to AMS curriculum frameworks.
- Classroom Culture & Student Support
- Establish and maintain a structured, positive, and high-expectations classroom environment.
- Implement PBIS and preventative intervention strategies.
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional leaders to strengthen instructional practices.
- Lead parent-teacher conferences and maintain strong home-school partnerships.
- AMS is seeking a passionate and data-driven Middle School Math Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that fosters scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Math or a related field
- Pass required background checks and obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Minimum Qualifications
Compensation
- Range: $48,331 - $54,571 (DOE)
