About the role
- The successful candidate will work directly with clients, overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of multiple concurrent client projects from beginning to end
- delivering customer satisfaction while ensuring deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- The role's main responsibility will be working with our Implementation Services team who are responsible for delivery of client projects centered on implementing the learning management system, integrations and authentications, and training.
Responsibilities
- Propose, design, develop and deploy standard products as well as custom technical solution
- Design, configure, deploy and test integration solutions between enterprise systems such as the D2L suite of products and Student Information Systems and Human Resources Systems
- Continuously explore AI-assisted innovations that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and support data-driven decision making across the project lifecycle.

- $77,000 - $95,000 CAD
