About the role
- May work independently or under immediate supervision.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor construction progress by maintaining logs and tracking contractor inquiries or responses.

- The Assistant Project Manager (MEP Design) is responsible for supporting all aspects of a project with a primary focus on the project deliverables and team management.
- The Assistant Project Manager (MEP Design) will receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- May serve as lead on routine projects of limited scope.
- The Assistant Project Manager (MEP Design) communicates and operates in line with organizational and client goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.
- Maintain project documentation and organize files, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most current information.
- Construction Administration Manage and distribute RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and other project-related documentation.
- Revit and Technical Support Assist with Revit tasks, including creating, editing, and maintaining design models and drawings.
- Provide drafting support as needed to expedite the preparation of drawing sets for submission.
- Meeting and Communication Support Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries with clear action items and deadlines.
